- 2.2 We act as an intermediary between customers and airlines/travel service providers.
- 2.3 The actual travel services are provided by third-party airlines and partners, not by our platform.
- 2.4 We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services.
- 3. USER ELIGIBILITY
- 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and make bookings.
- 3.2 You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- 3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- 3.4 If booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their authorization.
- 4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- 4.1 You may create an account to access enhanced features and manage bookings.
- 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- 4.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- 4.4 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- 4.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- 5. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- 5.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the airline or service provider.
- 5.2 Prices displayed include base fare, taxes, and fees unless otherwise stated.
- 5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using accepted payment methods.
- 5.4 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and airline confirmation.
- 5.5 We use secure payment processing systems, but you are responsible for protecting your payment information.
- 6. PRICING AND FEES
- 6.1 All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include service fees.
- 6.2 Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and paid.
- 6.3 Additional fees may apply for baggage, seat selection, and other add-on services.
- 6.4 Service fees, booking fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- 6.5 Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions.
- 7. TICKET ISSUANCE AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- 7.1 E-tickets and booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided.
- 7.2 You are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring your inbox.
- 7.3 Print or save your e-ticket and present it at check-in along with valid identification.
- 7.4 Ensure all passenger names match exactly with government-issued identification documents.
- 7.5 You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, passports, and travel documents.
- 8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- 8.1 Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and airline fare rules.
- 8.2 Refund eligibility and amounts depend on ticket type and timing of cancellation.
- 8.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted through proper channels before departure.
- 8.4 No-show or missed flights typically result in complete ticket value forfeiture.

- 9. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
- 9.1 Changes to bookings are subject to airline policies, availability, and applicable fees.
- 9.2 Name changes or corrections must be requested immediately and are subject to airline approval.
- 9.3 Date, time, or route changes may incur change fees plus any fare difference.
- 9.4 Contact customer support to request changes and receive a quote for applicable fees.
- 10. AIRLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 10.1 Your travel is governed by the airline's terms and conditions, fare rules, and contract of carriage.
- 10.2 You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with airline policies regarding baggage, check-in, and travel requirements.
- 10.3 Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights without prior notice.
- 10.4 We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
- 11. USER CONDUCT
- 11.1 You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
- 11.2 You will not engage in fraudulent activities, including providing false information or using stolen payment methods.
- 11.3 You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with platform operations.
- 11.4 You will not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our platform without permission.
- 11.5 Violation of these conduct rules may result in account termination and legal action.
- 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- 12.1 All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us.
- 12.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
- 12.3 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
- 13. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
- 13.1 Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- 13.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services.
- 13.3 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- 13.4 We are not responsible for losses due to airline cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or other travel disruptions.
- 13.5 Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
- 14. INDEMNIFICATION
- 14.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
